Black Pudding, Pear + Blue Cheese Salad

This delicious salad is so quick and easy to make! Using only the best quality Irish Black pudding.

Black Pudding, Pear + Blue Cheese Salad

Dressing
  1. 1 tsp honey
  2. 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  3. 1 tsp wholegrain mustard
  4. 2 tbsp olive oil
  5. Sea salt + cracked black pepper
Salad
  1. 150g black pudding, sliced thinly
  2. 1 tbsp olive oil
  3. 40g blue cheese, crumbled
  4. 1 small pear, sliced
  5. 2 large handful of rocket
Instructions
  1. Make the dressing by mixing the ingredients together in a glass.
  2. Heat the olive oil on a high heat on a non-stick pan.
  3. Add the black pudding and cook for 3-4 mins on each side.
  4. Make the salad by combining the rocket, pear and blue cheese and dress with the homemade. dressing. Top with black pudding and serve.
